FCA official outdoor cricket league DIV 3 starts with a bang. A bright sunny day and a perfect cricketing weather energized players throughout the day. FinCricket won the toss and elected to bowl first, which turned costly in turn when Umair Akhtar smashes Fincric bowlers all over the ground. Akhtar scored a magnificent 87 runs of 71 balls including 4 sixes and 10 boundaries. Gurjeet gave a rocketing start smashing 30 runs of just 13 balls. Atti and Faisal contributed 40 and 26 runs respectively. Fincricket despite taking two early wickets in the first 4 overs couldn’t halt HelsinkiGymkhana setting up a huge total of 243 in 30 overs with 8 wickets down. Monish managed to grab 2 wickets conceding 46 runs in his spell of 6 overs.
HelsinkiGymkhana managed to dominate Fincric in the second innings too. Gopinath(29) and Monis(44) tried to excel Fincricket innings but couldn’t survive HelsinkiGymkhana’s bowling attack.
